Can you paint your garage floor with regular paint? Or is there an alternative to using epoxy?

Actually,

There is a concrete floor paint on the market, try that. Can you paint your garage floor with regular paint? Or is there an alternative to using epoxy?
Not a good plan. But like the others state, they make a concrete paint, also for a non-slick finish stir in about three cups of clean sand.keeps wet floors from being slippery, and is cheap. Also use a squeegee when you apply the paint, goes faster and you'll get a more even coat. Can you paint your garage floor with regular paint? Threre is a paint especially for painting concrete/garage floors that is not epoxy, generally available in red and grey, thin the first coat with approx 20/30% white spirits.
