Has anyone ever used epoxy or rubberized pool paint over older plaster, and if so, how well did it work?

I have a plaster pool, circa 1973, that has never been resurfaced. The plaster is coming off in spots, but I can't afford a replaster or pebble finish at this time (baby on the way). I've seen epoxy pool paint and rubberized pool paint on the market, but have gotten mixed reviews about them. Does any pool paint really work? If so, what is best for my pool?Has anyone ever used epoxy or rubberized pool paint over older plaster, and if so, how well did it work?
I have used that product on concrete block buildings and it last 10 plus years Spray it on and WEAR a RespiratorHas anyone ever used epoxy or rubberized pool paint over older plaster, and if so, how well did it work?
The paint will last about 3-4 years and then it will start to peal and get into your filters if you over clorinate it the paint will turn into a powder and when you brush the sides it will turn your water like milk. if you can save up in 3-4 years for a plaster it is good as a temp fix
