Latex paint over epoxy paint?

i put epoxy paint on a wall and then someone put latex paint over it and it looks like mud cracks how can i fix itLatex paint over epoxy paint?
You'll have to remove the latex paint by stripping it. The good news is that you have epoxy under the latex which opens up more options to the stripping process as epoxy is a hard coating that is chemical resistant and usually very slick. As I do not know where the wall is located I'll have to assume that you will be able to use chemicals. Go with something easy to start such as lacquer thinner. The thinner will almost immediately curdle the latex leaving the epoxy virtually undamaged. Just scrape off the latex coating as you go...work in small sections at a time. If you have this wall in a store or hospital then you have more issues and probably can't use harsh chemicals. You can use a citrus stripper, smells like oranges. You'll have to be careful with this one though as if left too long will lift the epoxy. Again, working in small areas at a time apply a thin coat of the citrus stripper. Once you see the latex curdle scrape the layer off and neutralize the stripped area with as sponge and water. Of course if worst comes to worst the old duct tape around the hand trick will work too but you'll be there for days! Good Luck!!!
