I want to paint a steel lighter for someone using acrylic paint. I have a set of paint for cars, but it's flammable. So I want to use epoxy to harden it. But first of all, will the liquid ruin the painting? Will the epoxy be strong enough to withstand daily handling?Will epoxy make acrylic paint permanent on steel?
Yea should be strong enough. I'm sure the heat won't matter, but keep in mind that heat will weaken and make brittke, the epoxy.Will epoxy make acrylic paint permanent on steel?
